We offer a variety of birthday packages, from room rentals to party themes! Book your next party with Movement Dance Studio to celebrate the big day! 

Basic Rental 

  • Access to both dance studios, gymnastic equipment and mats, and mini movers props. Tables are available for set up. 

  • Food and beverages permitted.

  • Our facility has two washrooms, with baby change table, as well as a small fridge and freezer, microwave, sink and ice maker. Keurig is also available for use. Free 30 minute set up, and 30 minute take down time.

  • Maximum 50 people.

$50.00 per hour rental fee

Dance Instructor 

Take your party to the next level and incorporate some dance! 

If you would like an instructor to come in, the rate is 30.00 per 30 minutes, and 50.00 per 1 hour to a maximum of 10 children. Additional children may be added 5.00 per child, up to a maximum of 18 children total. 

Our instructors can also run a themed craft with a minimum of 1 hour, materials included.  Themes can be requested, but may be limited to availability of materials.

  • Stage Make-up (Additional 2.00 per participant, minimum 1 hour booking)

  • Succulent Terrariums (not based on hourly teacher rate, 15.00 per terrarium, requires a minimum  1 hour booking to complete)

Please note a 50% deposit it required one week prior to the event. The remaining balance owing must be paid the day of the event. 
There is a $50.00 deposit required for damages and clean-up. You are responsible for clean-up. Once rental is complete and the studios have been inspected, your deposit will be returned. Movement Dance Studio staff are not responsible for providing any decorations for your event. 
An MDS staff member will be present to assist if you have any questions or require assistance.
